Why I Created This Book...

Hi, my name is R Jay Reynolds. I have suffered from anxiety attacks and depression at diferent times in my life.

My first severe anxiety attack came out of nowhere. I was visiting a friend 1500 miles from home. It was the middle of the night. I woke up in a complete panic with adrenaline flowing through my arteries, my heart pounding and my mind racing. I hid in the bathroom for 3 hrs before daylight came and I could get up with everyone else in the house. That was the first of many episodes over the next several years.

I found ways to calm those fears, to manage that anxiety when it showed up unexpectedly.
